You MUST have a CURRENT Health & Life Insurance License to be considered for this position. We are currently seeking an in-house Team Lead/Asst. Sales Manager to join our well established group of professionals. We provide all contact information and have more clients than we can support. We work on a large referral base with clients who are curent satisfied customers. Most of our clients are referrals from very satisfied customers and we have been in the health and life business for over 50 years and have an impecable track record and reputation. We are looking for a person who has a current Health & Life license who has some managerial experience and is looking for a company that can offer security and support. The candidate we are seeking can assist us in growing our already successful sales team. We offer a highly recognized support system and are interested in providing top service to our clients. Compensation is a firm $25.00 per hour and paid weekly. This position will convert to a fulltime/permanent position after the probationary period with full benefits, a base of up to 40k and commission and bonus. The hours are fleible and will range between monday- friday from 8am-7pm with a possible saturday. An eight hour shift will be determined in that time block with flexibility.
